They measure approximately 1.75 inches wide by 1.75 inches high. You press down the leaf's edges to cut, then use the spring-loaded handle to release the cut shape. Pretty, don't you think?
Gentlemen, a word of caution: do not buy your wife or girlfriend any kitchen-related stocking stuffers as a hint that she should do more cooking or baking!
