Wee Glee Gum

If you're looking for gum that's a little different -- not to mention eco-friendly with all-natural ingredients -- then Wee Glee Gum would make a nice change of pace. The gum base is eco-friendly chicle harvested in South America, and the product is: vegetarian, additive free, lactose free, dairy free, wheat free, gluten free, casein free, egg free, yeast free, nut free, and peanut free. (Wow, I'm not even sure what some of those things are -- casein?)

A case of eight 1-ounce boxes is available for $8.00 -- spread out over a couple of stockings, that becomes a fairly inexpensive stocking stuffer. Each box has a mix of tangerine, triple berry, bubblegum, and banana flavors. Even the packaging -- with that cute little guy who looks like he jumped off a Monopoly board -- is biodegradable. And hey! it looks like they sell it at some Whole Foods stores, so you can buy just a box or two to try it instead of eight boxes at once.

[NOTE: I first came across Glee Gum at the Green Mom Review blog.]

What: Wee Glee Gum
Where: Glee Gum website
How much (as of today's post): $8.00 for 8 boxes

I have four wee ones who would just LOVE to find a box (or two) of this in their stockings! Actually, this would be great in Easter baskets, too!

Love this find; it's officially on my holiday shopping list :)

Hi Amy! Casein is milk protein... a no-no for lots of people with IBD, Autism, and Celiac Disease ( A gluten intolerance meaning they can have no wheat, rye & barley in any form). So gluten free & Casein free are wonderful for people like my family!!

This is a fun blog. I love stocking stuffing! TFS!!
