Peeps® Sweetheart Lollipop Hearts
I was originally just going to post about Peeps® hearts, and remind people that Peeps aren't necessarily limited to Easter, but on the company's official website, I found this recipe for making Sweetheart Lollipops out of heart-shaped Peeps®. It takes two 9-count packages of Peeps hearts, a bag of chocolate melting chips, a bag of lollipop sticks (found at craft stores), a tube of white decorating icing, and red and white sprinkles. From the picture, it looks like they made some with the tiny candy hearts used for decorating cookies, too.
What I like about this is that it's relatively inexpensive, you can do it yourself, and it's appropriate for sweethearts or children -- in fact, if you have kids, you might enjoy making these together for their friends.
