A few years ago, I came across a cute "knight light" -- a night light with the figure of a knight -- in a catalog, possibly Signals or Wireless. Just now, when searching to see if knight lights could still be purchased, I came across this Lady Lionpenny knight light from a company called Knight Lights. I think this would be perfect for a girl who's a bit of a tomboy, who doesn't want to be left on the sidelines as the damsel in distress when re-enacting fantasy or quest stories. The online item page says it's 3 1/2 inches high; I'm not sure if that refers to the shield only or to the overall figure.What: Lady Lionpenny Knight Light
