Maple Cinnamon Sugar

If you know someone who loves baking, he or she might enjoy finding this maple cinnamon sugar in a Christmas stocking or gift basket. It comes from Pelican Bay Ltd., a company that carries a lot of baking and drink mixes. A lot of their products come in really cute packages! But back to the maple cinnamon sugar -- in addition to being suitable for baking, they also recommend sprinkling it on hot cereal, french toast, pancakes.... doesn't that sound yummy?

The website unfortunately does not list how many ounces it is, and their contact information doesn't include an e-mail address, but I would guess this is about the size of your standard spice bottle that you see in the supermarket, or a salt shaker.
